Create a realistic high-resolution photo capturing a single vibrant fruit – a ripe, red strawberry – surrounded by an array of fresh, colorful vegetables like leafy greens, orange bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. The composition should be simple and clear, focusing solely on the strawberry as the main subject, which should be placed in the foreground.

In the background, include a soft-focus, sunlit kitchen setting with natural sunlight streaming through a window, casting gentle shadows and highlighting

“Thou Shalt Not Kill” –Exodus 20:13

Many have heard this command given from God. Some say this text is referencing murder; however, what few fail to realize is that it is also speaking of our individual bodies too. When we don’t take care of our bodies it will slowly begin to inhabit disease which is a result of neglect. In 1Corinthians 3:16-17 it says “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.” Our bodies is God’s dwelling place; the place where His Spirit lives, and everything that we do to it, put on it, or put into it should only please Him; otherwise it would be classified as destroying your temple(body). In 1Corinthians 10:31 it says “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”

One of the characteristics of the Spirit is Temperance (Self Control) Galatians 5:22-23. Can we say that we have self control when it comes to eating our favorite foods, our temper, or even abstinence from fornication/adultery, and alcohol/drugs? Christ has given us a guide to assist us along the way it is called “The 8 Laws of Health”.
